Melbourne Restaurant & Offline Poker Club
DINNER ENDS. OFFLINE POKER BEGINS.
Ash & Equity is a distinctive Melbourne venue where contemporary dining leads naturally into Texas Hold'em, tournament poker, Card Room sessions and sophisticated poker nights. The experience is deliberately offline, face-to-face and built around real tables, real dealers and the focused atmosphere of a dark Australian industrial dining club.
The Restaurant
Contemporary Dining in a Dark Industrial Club
Ash & Equity is a contemporary restaurant that pairs refined Australian cuisine with the disciplined focus of a poker room. The menu features modern Australian dishes built around premium ingredients and bold, confident flavours. The dining room itself is designed with charred timber, blackened steel and raw copper, creating a warm yet industrial ambiance that carries through every part of the venue.
The bar offers a curated selection of cocktails designed to complement both the dining and poker experiences. Cocktails are crafted with the same attention to detail as the poker tables, using premium spirits and house-made ingredients. The bar area features a dark, intimate setting with copper accents, making it a natural bridge between dinner and the first hand of the night.
